COVID-19: KJet Update
With the recent news of COVID-19 being present in Queenstown, we are closely
monitoring all information from the government, the health department and the
Queenstown Lakes District Council.
We are currently taking the following steps in an effort to keep Jet boating a safe and
clean environment and also to protect the health and safety of all our employees.
We will no longer be offering spray jackets. We encourage you to bring your own waterproof jacket.
We are disinfecting life jackets and handrails after every trip.
We require you to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and dry thoroughly before participating in Jet boating. There are public toilets located by Patagonia.
Hand sanitizer is available to use for all staff and customers.
If you are unwell, or your partner/close contacts are unwell, we request you do not Jet boat; we also need to know if you have been traveling internationally before you arrived in Queenstown.
We request that you please leave your valuables at home. If this is not possible you will need to put your own bags into the storage locker and pick these up.
Please do not be offended if our staff are wearing face masks, latex gloves or request that you stand 2 metres away from them.
We are happy to offer refunds in line with our cancellation policy.
Yours in Jet boating,
